(1) International Shipping Currently we only deliver the items to the following countries/areas: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.If your country or area is not in the list, email a message to oakleysunglassesmac@gmail.com. We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world via EMS and DHL. Please note that we Cannot deliver your item to a APO Box or FPO Box. Currently we do not deliver the item to the following countries/areas: District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Vergin Islands. All orders placed online are usually shipped within 24 hours and should arrive in the country where the customer lives within 5-7 working days. However, if you live in the more rural areas it may take longer time. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we offer no assistance and no compensation in these matters. EMS is the main method, FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 for most countries, and $5.99 per item on orders under $60. The estimate arrival time is usually 5-7 days. DHL Express, $18 per item (Please note: some remote areas should pay the additional shipping fee, the actual freight depend on your location). The estimated arrival time is usually 3-5 business days. Please note we ship to Italy and Netherlands via DHL only. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.International order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in the country. All applicable duties, fees and additional charges for customs clearance are on you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may contact your local customs office for further information. Your Right To Cancel You may, for any reason, cancel the order within 6 hours of purchasing, before the goods are actually delivered, and receive a full refund. Cancellation of an order must be made in writing quoting your order number. This can be sent via email to customer services. If goods have already been dispatched before cancellation, please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Signature Required A signature is required on delivery of your order. If there is no one available at the delivery address, you will not receive it. To claim the item, you have to pickup the item at the delivery company within a time frame shown on the card left at your place when you missed the first time delivery. It takes about 7-15 days to deliver to your door worldwide with none shipping fee. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. Your Right of Cancellations Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Your Right of Returns In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt date-unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee and US$50 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. Your Right of Exchanges To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days. (3) ShippingWe usually use the tracable shipping methods as UPS, TNT, EMS, DHL Fedex to ship you the orders and the tracking numbers are available.as soon as the orders are shipped out, And you can receive your orders in 5 to 7 days. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you are not able to track your order when you get your tracking number, it may be because the delivery company has not processed it inside their database system yet.
